A Few Previous Homes I've Had the Pleasure to Market.

Some big, some small. Some expensive and some not so much.  Some national treasures and regional landmarks and some everyday homes.  But each one unique and special in it's own way.

The Allen House

Restored Craftsman

The present owners have just completed a beautiful restoration on this home.

Johan Poulsen House Circa 1892

A Portland landmark!
An identical home was located on the north side of Powell Blvd. and was torn down in the late 1950's to make room for the Ross Island Bridge on ramps.

One of the most beautiful Victorian homes I've ever had the pleasure to sell, but it wasn't always that beautiful. As a matter of fact, it was one of the most neglected homes I had ever marketed at one time.

A very nice example of Craftsman architecture.

One-of-a-kind Tudor

Georgian Revival

 William Shobert House Circa 1906

I've had the pleasure to sell this home three times now. I've seen the home taken from a neglected 1970's re- muddle to the fully restored masterpiece it is today.

This is simply a beautiful home surrounded by almost 1/2 an acre of flower gardens.

Whats that expression? A man's home is his castle?

This home was lived in by the same owners for over 50 years and was a little ruff around the edges.  It's currently being restored to its original grandeur.

Gorgeous Farmhouse

I'll always regret not buying this home myself but a friend of mine had wanted to live in this house since she was a little girl. She got her wish.

This home was built in the mid 1940's with an attached two car garage.

John Palmer House Circa 1886

One of Portland's most famous Victorians.

A restored farmhouse on a secluded acre with a 1200 square foot shop. Everything I could ever want in a house but I knew a couple that really, really wanted this home. Oh well...

Classic Tudor

Authentic Dutch Colonial

Built during a time when a house with any more than one bathroom was a real luxury,   this home was built with a ½ bathroom in every bedroom.

Henry Heisson House Circa 1904

This home is interesting for reasons other than being on the National Historic register. First, the owner was born in the home and passed away in the home at the age of 86 never living anywhere else except during his time in the army. The second reason is the house didn't have indoor plumbing until the 1984.

I'm not sure what I liked more about this modest Tudor, the fact that it was a original  as the day it was built or the  elderly owner who had spent the last 60 years in the house.

You don't find many of these on the West Coast at least not like this!
